Hamilton said in an interview with EHRIntelligence, "The technology makes it so much easier for the providers to detect and solve those care gaps." Improving patient outcomes will require the ability to fix care gaps and monitor those at the point of service. In the short time we've been utilising it, we've already noticed an improvement in quality scores.
